Position Title: Section Head - Safety (Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager (Safety)
Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam
Qualification - BE/B. Tech
Essential: Post Graduation Diploma in Industrial Safety
Job Purpose: To maintain safe working environment in the Unit with strict adherence of Safety Budgets, Emergency Preparedness plan, compliances of all statutory requirements, Implementation IMS for ensuring zero incidents

- Conduct Safety observation Round & CFSA at workplace.
- Reporting Near Miss, OPL & Kaizen on regular basis.
- Hazards (OFI's) Reporting & ensuring compliances for the same.
All relevant statutory compliances on Time
Ensure 100% compliance of safety related statutory requirement as per state rules and Factory act.
Safety Promotion Activities organized for workforce
Organize motivational programs related to safety in order to awareness among employees and contract workmen.

- Organise Campaign on Theme for Every Month.
- 3. Fire Service Day Celebration etc.
Implementation of SMS & IMS System
Coordination and participation in internal and external audit and ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings.
Coordination and monitoring with standard champions & Subcommittee chairmen along with the line mangers to Implement safety standards and safety culture in unit.
Coordination and participation in all sub committees meeting, Regular monitoring & review Key performance of each safety standards and subcommittee meeting outcomes compliances.
