Job Description
Essential Skillsets Required:
Should possess knowledge in payroll processing, payroll related compliances & labour law compliances.
To build and maintain good client relationships
Leading and developing the team
To ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables and client is compliant with the regulatory requirements
Maintain up to date knowledge of statutory compliances and applicable laws. Monitor the statutory changes at regular intervals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Vital Skillsets Required
Hands on experience on handling payroll software and giving development inputs
Process improvement to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Managed new client implementation independently by defining the Business Blueprint and designing and executing the project implementation plan.
Identifying the new business opportunities
Invoicing, debtors management and vendor management
Basic Skillsets Required
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good verbal and written communication skills
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
Worked in a outsourced payroll managed services environment
Managed at least 10+ clients and 5,000 payslips
Managed team of 2 to 5 members
Contributed to process improvement projects
Performed client facing role
Should possess master's degree with 7+ years of experience
