Primary Responsibilities
- Payroll Review – review of work done by the payroll team including the deliverables
- Payroll Reports – in Excel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc)
- Team Handling – Working Planning and Scheduling, Team Coordination etc
- Team Leading – work division, team motivation and moral
- Client liaison - Should be independently able to do Client Communication and Coordination
- Process improvement – Continually refine payroll process
- Reporting Matrices –develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process
- Regulations – knowledge of all relevant regulations for payroll including PF, ESI, Gratuity etc
