Assistant Manager - Digital (Talent Operations)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Platform Management

Lead day-to-day operations of digital talent assessment and management platforms.

Ensure smooth setup, configuration, administration, and monitoring of assessment workflows.

Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal tech teams and vendors for quick resolution.

Project & Operations Management

Drive end-to-end execution of digital assessment project planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring

timely delivery.

Manage project documentation, dashboards, client trackers, and internal reports.

Oversee quality checks, data validation, and process adherence across all digital operations.

Team Leadership

Supervise and guide a small team of executives/associates managing digital operations.

Provide direction, allocate tasks, and ensure skill enhancement of the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Content, Assessment Design, IT/Tech, and other internal teams for smooth execution of the client's delivery.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure platform stability and timely deliverables.

Support client communication for operational aspects of digital assessments.

Process & Quality Governance

Maintain SOPs, governance checklists, and operational frameworks.

Implement best practices for accuracy, data security, and operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in digital workflows.

Understanding/ taking ownership of the clients requests and being involved in the creation of assessments and configuring reports.
