Summary:
If you live and breathe digital marketing and its performance, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a performance marketing manager to implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to optimized for best ROI. You will also be responsible to manage the digital marketing team and constantly monitor the campaign performances and developing analytics.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Designing, or related field
6+ years of proven experience in media buying and campaign management (paid ads) preferably in D2C/E-Comm sector
Excellent knowledge of SEO, Shopify, and Ads manager of - Meta, Google (Ads, DV360, YouTube, Analytics, Optimize etc.), Tik-Tok, Amazon and other digital platforms
In-Depth exceptional understanding of Google ads, Amazon ads, Facebook ads manager and GA4 is mandatory
Proven experience in managing and structuring multiple high budget campaigns, with ad groups and tons of creatives simultaneously
Proficient in tools like GA4, SEMRush, MS Office, and other digital marketing tools
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities with skills to develop campaigns as per the Marketing Funnels
Good with media buying to develop strategies and marketing analytics to present to the management
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day management (plan to execution) of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across all platforms for all funnels of marketing
Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
Track keyword volumes, identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborates with internal teams to develop A/B testing and optimize user experience and generate positive results
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Track, measure and report performances of all digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and other metrics and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Manage the digital and e-commerce team
Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
Support Marketing manager in budgets and strategies and work closely with the marketing team
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Note:
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in paid marketing campaigns, marketplaces and Google analytics is mandatory
