Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. 

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, offline, and performance-driven channels.

• Performance Marketing: Optimize ROI-driven campaigns using SEM, PPC, affiliate networks, and programmatic advertising while ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

• Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute cohesive digital and offline marketing initiatives (SEO, social media, email, SMS etc).

• Analytics & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and achieve KPIs.

• Customer Engagement: Design campaigns to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring exceptional end-to-end experiences.

• Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Sales teams to implement customerfocused strategies.

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns.

• Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate marketing efforts and outshine competitors. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a performance-driven marketing role with successful digital and offline campaign execution.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation platforms.

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media management.

• Hands-on experience with branding and creative development.

• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities.

• Background in partnerships and agency collaboration is highly desirable.
