Our client, a reputed name in the Power Transformer industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professionals from the transformer industry to join their Design team (Tendering).

ROLE: Assistant Manager Design (Tendering)

Qualification: BE / B.Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Power Transformer industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design of Power/Auto Transformers up to 315 MVA, 400 kV class

Support Sales team in order booking through effective tendering & enquiries including transformer design, GTP preparation, and cost sheets

Provide GTP & drawings for customer approval on received orders

Release manufacturing documents drawings, procurement docs, winding cards, long lead items & BOMs

Analyze NCRs & customer complaints; prepare effective RCAs and ensure horizontal deployment

Technical discussions with customers on order booking, drawing approvals & execution

Technical discussions with suppliers; support in developing new materials & vendors

New product development and validation

Maintain ISO documentation and ensure departmental KPIs

Focus on standardization, optimization & adherence to timelines

Well-versed with national & international technical standards
