Essential Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical and MBA or PGD (Operations/SCM). Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, SAP, and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software. Understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories.
Essential Experience: 6 to 8 years relevant experience
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in process or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of metallurgical and machining processes.
- Proficient in techno-commercial discussions with stakeholders.
- Well-versed in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP MM (Material Management) and familiarity with other sourcing tools.
- Capable of managing procurement processes and inventory controls in a manufacturing context.
- Skilled in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to contribute to process optimization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of cost-efficiency and quality in supply chain operations.
