Role Overview
The KAM Driver Sales will be a key member of the Enterprise team, responsible for driving sales in both existing and new accounts with annual revenue exceeding 100 crore. This is an individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with the Business Head, Enterprise Sales & Support teams, NOC, Product, Finance, and other functional groups to establish a strong Enterprise Business vertical in Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through sales to large enterprises, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts while ensuring strong customer relationships.
- Identify and secure large corporate business deals through self-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address business needs and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Enterprise Business vertical.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and MIS data on time.
- Continuously strengthen customer relationships to drive business growth and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Successful acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts.
- High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- 46 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of acquiring and managing large accounts.
