• Current Openings Manager – Marketing & Outreach (8-10 years of relevant experience)
• Assistant/ Deputy Manager – Marketing & Outreach (6+ years of relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners.
• Lead student recruitment campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Enhance brand visibility, institutional collaborations, and drive admissions growth.
• Plan and execute regional outreach activities while achieving enrolment targets.
• Represent the Business School at education fairs, networking events, and industry engagements.

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Higher Education, EdTech, Admissions, Educational Marketing, Business Development, or Outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
