Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales; Develop and execute sales strategy for:
- Spares
- Repair (PPD + service stations)
- LUV pumps spares & repair
- Retrofit solutions
- Reverse engineering services
Identify and generate new business opportunities in utility power plants (approx. 14 units of utility PP ) .
- Account Management
- Build strong relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, and procurement
- Increase share of business from existing customers
- Ensure repeat orders and long-term service contracts
- Installed Base & Competition Mapping
- Map installed base of pumps across assigned power plants
- Track competitor presence and develop strategies to penetrate accounts
- Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities
- Technical Sales Support
- Work closely with engineering/service teams for: Repair solutions
- Reverse engineering proposals
- Retrofit opportunities
- Promote mechanical seal and related offerings
- Market Intelligence
- Track power generation trends and upcoming maintenance schedules
- Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and positioning
- Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with service stations and PPD teams for execution of repair jobs
- Ensure timely submission of offers, follow-ups, and order closures
- Support project execution and customer satisfaction
