Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Execute thermal design, heat transfer calculations, and HMBD (Heat & Mass Balance Design) for boiler and power plant systems.
• Perform boiler and Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment sizing, selection, and technical evaluation.
• Develop process engineering deliverables including PFDs and P&IDs.
• Handle proposal engineering activities including costing, estimation, and preparation of technical offers.
• Prepare RFQs and perform technical bid evaluations for equipment and vendor packages.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications and procurement support.
• Work closely with piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated engineering execution.
• Support project proposals for Boilers, WHRB, HRSG, Thermic Fluid Heaters, and power plant systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASME, API, and IBR.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure technical accuracy of deliverables.
