Role Summary

The Demand Associate – Promoters & Referral will be responsible for driving on-ground user acquisition activities for Yulu's mobility services. The role involves managing promoter teams, executing localized marketing campaigns, and driving referral initiatives across assigned city areas.

This is a highly execution-focused role that requires strong coordination skills, people management, and the ability to work closely with field teams to drive user engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate on-ground promoter teams across assigned locations.
• Plan daily promoter deployment, assign targets, and monitor execution.
• Execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities in high footfall areas such as tech parks, residential communities, metro stations, transit hubs, and commercial zones.
• Support referral and user engagement initiatives to increase customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the smooth execution of on-ground campaigns and activations.
• Ensure proper branding, visibility, and campaign execution at field locations.
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer inputs from the field.
• Maintain daily activity reports and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
• Ensure promoter attendance, discipline, and productivity across locations.
• Drive local engagement activities to improve visibility and customer awareness.

Key Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in field sales, BTL activities, promoter management, or ground operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Hands-on approach with strong execution capability.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, mobility, logistics, or automobile-related industries will be an added advantage.
• Passion for automobiles, bikes, and urban mobility solutions with a strong execution-focused mindset.
