Job Description

What you will do

We are seeking a Demand Generation Coordinator to support the planning, production, and readiness of integrated marketing campaigns for the European region. You will work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, global content, design, digital and campaign team to keep campaign deliverables moving, documentation up-to-date, and launches on track ensuring the output is relevant and localized for our core European markets.

  • Assist in building campaign plans, timelines, and task lists across multiple channels (email, web, paid, content, events)
  • Coordinate briefs, asset requests, reviews, and approvals with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and documentation (status sheets, run books, scorecards)
  • Support the preparation of campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, links, webinars, sales enablement documentation
  • Coordinate all translation and localization efforts of core content for our core languages in Europe in collaboration with content team
  • Help collect and organize performance data for post-launch reports and retrospectives
  • Partner with marketing operations and creative team to ensure brand, process, and delivery standards are met
  • Anticipate blockers and escalate early to help campaigns stay on schedule

What you should bring

  • 5-7+ years in marketing coordination, project coordination, or agency production support
  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns and campaign deliverable workflows
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through in a multi-project environment
  • Comfortable with task/project tools (Wrike, Asana) and common marketing tools (Hubspot, Marketo, webinar platform)
  • Clear communicator with a service-oriented, deadline-reliable working style
