Your work profile
- Strong hands‑on experience working in ETRM/CTRM platform- Endur.
- Extensive experience in Endur development and configuration, including:
- Deal capture and lifecycle management
- Scheduling, nominations, and logistics
- Settlements, invoicing, and accounting integration
- Risk management (Market, Credit, Liquidity)
- Reporting and data extraction
- Design, develop, and maintain Endur customizations using:
- OpenJVS / AVS
- SQL and database objects
- Endur APIs, services, and integration frameworks
- Build and maintain interfaces between Endur and external systems (exchanges, market data providers, ERP, data warehouses).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and Endur solutions.
- Perform end‑to‑end system development lifecycle activities:
- Technical design
- Development and unit testing
- System/integration testing support
- Production deployment and post‑go‑live support
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes within Endur.
- Support data model understanding, trade data flows, reference data setup, and batch processing.
- Contribute to performance optimization, code quality, and system stability.
- Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing as a technical practitioner rather than a process owner.
- Solid understanding of energy/commodity trading workflows, including:
- Front Office (Trading & Structuring)
- Middle Office (Risk, P&L, Valuations)
- Back Office (Settlements, Confirmations, Accounting)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with traders, risk analysts, operations, and IT stakeholders.
Key skills required:
- 5 - 8 years of hands‑on Endur experience, with a strong emphasis on development and customization.
- Proven experience in Endur OpenJVS / AVS development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a delivery‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I, SAFe) are optional but beneficial.
