Job Purpose
Objective is to create a virtuous cycle of improvement in our product & process to increase ease for our DMS Field team to run their daily activities.
- Timely delivery of assigned project and CR deliverables
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables
- Responsible for management of operational issues arises in Web/CRM/ Mobile App system and to provide support to field team
- Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries
- Understand change requirements to raise user stories and BRD with IT
Duties And Responsibilities
- To manage daily BAU's and assigned project status and progress.
- Skill set for BRD and User Stories write-up
- To run Biz UAT as per the test assigned cases scenarios
- Domain experience in Debt Management services will be an added advantage
- Defined KPI daily monitoring
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- To execute DMS Auto Loan collection related cross-functional digital projects as per agreed timeline and in-line with RBI, legal & compliance guidelines.
- To run daily defined BAU's within defined timeline
- To make sure defined KPI parameters are properly monitored, and action taken accordingly.
Major Challenges
- To make sure real time product & platform support to field team
Required Qualifications And Experience
Engineering Graduates/ Postgraduate Fresher or experienced with Project Management skill set
More than 0-2 years of experience in financial industry
Understanding or experience in Project Management, semi technical understanding of APIs, Loan life cycle understanding, Ability to write basic SQL basic query will be added advantage
