Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data Steward
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security of organizational data. This role involves collaborating with data owners, data users, and IT team to implement data governance policies, maintain data quality, and facilitate proper use of data across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
.Work closely with data owners and data analyst to establish data lineage, oversee data cataloging, and maintain high data quality across the organizations data assets
.Actively track the health of data assets, identify and resolve any data issues that arise such as inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or missing information
.Work with various teams to establish clear rules and guidelines for data creation, storage and usage
.Develop and help enforce data governance policies that align with regulatory
requirements and organizational objectives
.Educate stakeholders about data policies, quality issues, and governance practices
.Help and assist with Salesforce admin tasks such as user maintenance, create reports
.and dashboards, run data exports and analyses, perform data updates, mass loads on the platform
.Support team in data profiling, metadata management, data lineage tracing, and implementing data quality rules, validation processes, identifying root causes, and driving improvements of data processes


Minimum Qualifications
.M.sc Computer Science/Data Science
.Good years of professional experience, leveraging expertise in SQL, Big Query, Python, Power BI and GCP
.Salesforce Expertise: data cleaning and validation efforts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while eliminating inconsistencies such as null or missing values
.Hands on with intermediary to advanced excel skills
.Good communication skills for Executive communication


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Preferable (but not mandatory) knowledge of Power Automate/Power Apps / Power BI
