Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Data & CRM Operations

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Gurgaon office

Preferable: Immediate Joiner

CTC: ₹8.5 LPA (₹8.2L Fixed + ₹30K Performance Bonus)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, ownership-driven Data & CRM professional to anchor our data operations across marketing, sales, and conference functions. This is not a passive reporting role, you will own data quality, drive automation, build dashboards that influence decisions, and coordinate cross-functional data initiatives including database migration to AWS.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Management & Hygiene

●    Own end-to-end data lifecycle hygiene, cleansing, validation, enrichment, mapping, and integration across systems

●    Define and manage SOPs for data acquisition, enrichment, and processing

●    Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in collaboration with tech and legal teams

CRM & Marketing Automation

●    Maintain and enhance CRM data quality across Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce

●    Oversee drip campaign and segmentation logic using tools like Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot Workflows, or Mailchimp

●    Manage data intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Hunter

Reporting & Dashboards

●    Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio

●    Extract insights from structured and unstructured data using SQL/NoSQL databases

●    Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations to senior stakeholders

Cross-functional & Tech Collaboration

●    Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, OBRO, and Conference teams to deliver data solutions aligned to business needs

●    Own data management and support database migration initiatives to AWS in coordination with internal IT and technology teams

●    Manage external vendors and agencies for integration and data quality projects

Market Intelligence

●    Conduct market research to build and enrich lead databases

●    Identify automation opportunities using SQL, Python, or scripting tools to eliminate repetitive tasks

Requirements

Must-Have

    5+ years in data analytics, CRM operations, or marketing/sales data roles

●    Strong hands-on experience with at least one major CRM - HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho

●    Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL

●    Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

●    Exposure to email marketing platforms and segmentation/automation workflows

●    Strong communication skills - ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

●    Working knowledge of data governance and compliance practices

Good to Have

●    Familiarity with Python, R, or any scripting language for automation

●    Working knowledge of MySQL or NoSQL databases

●    Exposure to AWS or cloud-based data infrastructure

●    Experience with HTML/CSS for email or data tool customization

 Understanding of machine learning or predictive analytics concepts.
