D. Key Result Areas
1. Development of control reports and automation in ACL
. Develop, maintain, and automate exception reports, control reports, and compliance monitoring reports using ACL Analytics.
. Build and automate reports for monitoring red flags, KRIs, and KPIs.
. Design and optimize data queries.
. Ensure reports are accurate, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
. Continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
. Maintain detailed documentation.
2. Data Analytics and Outlier Detection
. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, trends, exceptions, and compliance concerns.
. Perform data profiling and investigative analytics.
. Develop outlier reports.
. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
. Support periodic and ad-hoc compliance reviews.
3. Data Extraction and Query Development
. Build complex SQL and ACL queries.
. Work closely with Technology and Data Management teams.
. Develop data extraction processes and reports.
. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of extracted data.
. Troubleshoot data-related issues.
. Provide analytical support to Compliance and Investigation teams.
. Collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Projects / Assignments
. Lead or participate in projects involving data analysis, compliance monitoring, and reporting automation.
. Develop innovative analytical solutions.
. Deliver ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis.
. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
E. Skills Required
Technical:
. Good working knowledge of ACL.
. Good working knowledge of SQL queries.
. Experience supporting business teams in data extraction.
. Understanding of outliers, red flags, and fraud indicators.
F. Incumbent Characteristics
Qualification: Post-graduate (IT)
Experience: 3-7 years in data analysis / SQL / ACL
Desired: Prior experience in insurance industry.
