Roles & Responsibilities
- Study of bidding requirements (for manpower)
- Leading Souring Team for sourcing CVs for Tenders & ongoing projects
- Client interaction during project deployment & bidding, pre-bid queries for CVs requirement
- Responsible for CV data bank & MIS
- Identification of CVs from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Responsible for Formatting and enrichment of CVs; all documentation
- Ensuring maximum technical marks ensuring deployment of staff for awarded/ongoing projects in timely manner.
- Lead sourcing team for sourcing of CVs from Naukri/LinkedIn/other market sources for RI & IS tenders & On-going project deployment.
- Responsible for understanding manpower requirements from Tender & Project sites.
- Prior background in sourcing for Process Industry, Renewable, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industries, Supply Chain Inspection is required.
- Should have Proficiency in Tendering process (CVs submission and deployment) for Govt. Client & PSUs.
Education/Qualification:
Bachelors degree and MBA (HR).
Total 8 yrs of experience in tendering profile
Working with TPIA will be added advantage.
