Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Assistant Manager- Customer Retention (3+ years experience) to manage our retention marketing efforts. This role will focus on nurturing our existing customer base through personalized campaigns, loyalty programs, and engagement strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Retention Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven customer retention strategies to
improve repeat purchase rates and reduce churn.
Email and WhatsApp Marketing: Create and manage impactful email and WhatsApp
marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Customer Engagement: Plan and implement loyalty programs and personalized
communication to foster customer relationships.
Platform Management: Use tools like WebEngage (preferred) to automate, track, and
optimize retention campaigns.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as customer lifetime value, churn
rates, and campaign ROI to continuously improve retention efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer
service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Feedback Integration: Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve products,
services, and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in customer retention, email marketing, or CRM roles.
Proficiency in retention platforms like Web Engage is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into
actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional
customer experiences.
Experience in the wellness or nutrition industry is a plus.
