Assistant Managers Customer Advisory Team for a leading life insurance company. The role involves managing existing customers, driving sales through relationship building, and providing financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and service existing customer database (Book of Relations)
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer retention
- Act as a single point of contact for customer queries
Sales Business Development
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products
- Identify customer financial needs and provide suitable solutions
- Generate business from existing clients
Complete Freshers hiring freeze min. 2 or 3 months BFSI experience candidate consider for SO role.
Candidate Profile
- 1.52+ years experience in Insurance / Mutual Funds / Banking / CASA / Loans
- Minimum 6 months experience in Life Insurance preferred
- Age: 25-30 years
- Must have own vehicle (mandatory)
