Job Description

Kohinoor Group is looking for a proactive Asst. Manager - CRM to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking to possession.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Track leads, bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documentation.
  • Address customer queries and provide regular updates.
  • Generate CRM reports and MIS for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company CRM processes and service standards.

Requirements :

  • 2–5 years of CRM experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
