Position: Assistant Manager – CRM & Growth User Marketing

The role is in the User Marketing vertical, where the resource would work on the below for their User TG across brands:

• Social Media Plans - planning and execution

• User Influencer shortlisting, scripting, and getting the video live in conjunction with Influencer agency

• User Influencer Saarthi Events - Coordination and execution

• User cohort wise creative briefs and creation of creatives through agencies

• Campaign execution on Martech platforms through the Martech agency - on multiple channels of Whatsapp, SMS, Push notifications

• Creation and Management of Campaign calendars, creative trackers, monthly reports to CBOs

• Governance process implementation and execution on the Corporate Pidilite Website
