Position: Assistant Manager - CRM
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM or client facing roles, preferably in a B2B service-based industry
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Track and report customer satisfaction metrics, renewals, and retention rates.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance account value.
- Support CRM data management, documentation, and performance tracking.
