Your Impact

As Assistant Manager – CRM, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving retention through data-driven campaigns and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence customer loyalty and business growth.

Your Role Will Include:

  1. Owning the end-to-end marketing communications calendar.
  2. Designing customer journeys with multi-channel communication, incentives, and creative assets for continuous engagement.
  3. Managing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App Notifications.
  4. Leading and guiding the execution team on BAU campaigns and automated journeys.
  5. Partnering with Brand, Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure flawless execution.
  6. Tracking campaign performance metrics, analyzing results, and sharing actionable insights.

What You Bring:

  1. Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar tools.
  2. 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in B2C).
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong data analysis skills.
  4. A data-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Consumer-first thinking and ability to give creative feedback for CRM communications.
  6. Strategic outlook to maximize CRM's impact on engagement and revenue.
  7. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  8. High ownership mindset and proven ability to take initiatives to completion.
