Eligibility Criteria:
- Post Graduates (MBA or equivalent/CA)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge on fundamental analysis (the ability to read financial statements and understand macroeconomic factors)
- Excellent written communication financial writeup/analysis/overviews
- Ability to independently develop and implement effective project plans
- Excellent communication skillset to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in the use of the entire MS Office group of applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- keenness and enthusiasm to explore and learn new skills that could help enhance productivity and efficiency at the individual and team level
- NISM - RA certification
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage more than one operations support teams/groups for a range of data/content management activities.
- Manage more than one operational teams in the process of data research and extraction of information from various sources, tools and documents.
- Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies and research tools.
- Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of more than one team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.
- Manage the performance review process, talent development and talent management processes of the team.
- Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst team.
- Guide and coach team members for future growth.
- May interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally works on new projects and data enhancement initiatives through agile development
- Promote use of emerging technologies, tools and programming languages to generate business value.
- Work in an agile methodology.
PROCESS ADHERENCE
- Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by developing training and process manuals
- Work on improving the productivity and liaise with IT to implement automation solutions
- Establish and streamline operations, instill process orientation and achieve productivity improvements
- Review and / or prepare detailed reports of operations and transaction activities
- Ensure smooth running of shift operations
- Ensure adherence to / compliance with performance tracking mechanism, policies / procedures of the organization
PROBLEM SOLVING:
- Identifies and solves problems in operational processes and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures, lean principles and identifying the creative and efficient solutions.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Overall responsible for the engagement and skill development of the team members
- Manage the performance of team members and conduct reviews
- Conduct regular domain trainings for the team
- Create plan to mentor/coach as per the skill matrix
INTERACTIONS:
- Works with multiple teams; interacts with externalstakeholders
- Works with multiple businesses to understand processes and procedures and helps to improve them whenever possible
MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 2+ yrs experience in team management will be preferred
