Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on
Assistant Manager – Creative & Design who combines strong execution skills with leadership thinking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting high-quality marketing creatives while also guiding projects, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to creative strategy.
The ideal candidate is a proactive visual storyteller who understands brand consistency, performance-driven design, and fast-paced marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact creative assets for:
- Digital ads and performance marketing campaigns
- Social media creatives
- Banners, emailers, landing page visuals, and campaign moodboards
- Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions that drive engagement and performance.
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality output within deadlines.
- Contribute to creative strategy and campaign ideation.
- Apply data and campaign performance insights to optimize design direction.
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and AI-driven creative workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of professional experience in creative design, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or fast-paced brand environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and campaign-based creative work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Working knowledge of Figma for UI and collaborative design workflows.
- Familiarity with modern AI design tools and workflows for ideation and productivity.
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and performance goals.
Good to Have
- Basic experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Exposure to UI design and digital product aesthetics.
- Experience working with global brands or multi-market campaigns.
