Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Program Marketing team to conceptualise, create, and deliver visually compelling, high-quality digital creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
Ensure adherence to partner schools brand guidelines while developing design concepts that effectively meet marketing goals and solve communication challenges.
Collaborate with content strategists, writers, and marketers to produce impactful assets, including brochures, social ads, videos, and other digital materials.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects ensuring timely execution, design consistency, and stakeholder alignment throughout the creative process.
Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams using project management and productivity tools to track progress and maintain transparency.
Uphold design quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet brand and creative benchmarks.
Work proactively to streamline creative workflows, improve production efficiency, and reduce turnaround timelines.
Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints and creative assets.
Support the Marketing team in prioritising tasks and managing timelines for optimal output.
Stay informed about current design trends, digital formats, and best practices to bring
fresh, relevant ideas to projects.
Demonstrate strong creative thinking with a proven ability to develop original, high
quality design concepts while working within defined brand guidelines.
Maintain high responsiveness and accountability in a remote work environment, ensuring timely updates, proactive communication, and reliable collaboration with stakeholders.
Be open to continuous learning and actively incorporate feedback
Skills & Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts
3 to 5 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
Must have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a key focus on After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with demonstrated proficiency in video editing (portfolio must showcase video-led work and motion-based creatives)
Must have hands-on experience in Canva and Figma, along with working knowledge of InDesign, with a clear understanding of layout, typography, and design systems
Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI features, ElevenLabs, Frame.io, and ChatGPT to enhance creative workflows and productivity
Proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
Proven ability to create high-quality creatives (portfolio mandatory) with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and incorporate feedback from analytical and creative partners
Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
Passionate about learning the latest design trends through online courses and workshops
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, as we are a globally distributed team
High level of ownership, accountability, and responsiveness, with a demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently in a professional corporate environment.
