Benori (www.benori.com) is looking for Manager/Assistant Manager with minimum relevant experience of 7+ years of experience in the research specific to CPG/FMCG domain and the ability to identify, structure and lead a variety of custom research assignments for clients. The position is based in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project scoping, requirement assessment and problem structuring
- Understanding clients specific research requirements and coming up with solutions
- Designing research approach using both secondary and primary research methodologies
- Understanding research objectives, identifying areas where patent research can be utilized, making search strategies, analyzing patents for accuracy and exhaustiveness
- Information analysis, insight generation and presentation in various formats (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Thinking creatively throughout a project to overcome bottlenecks and provide thought- leadership
- Representative projects will include:
(a) Opportunity Assessment
(b) Competitive Intelligence
(c) Benchmarking
(d) Landscape Assessment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or any related fields
- Experience of researching patents, IP publications, patent & literature searches, clinical trials (Domain - Food/CPG/FMCG)
- Skilled in conducting patent searches and experience deriving logical meaning from scientific documents
- Minimum of four years experience in managing projects and teams
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
