Purpose

This role ensures that IDEMIA India entities remains in compliance with Indian Companies Act and all other relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Key Missions

 

1. Ensuring compliance under Companies Act 2013 in relation to 4-5 Indian entities, including: a) Drafting of Notice, Agenda, Minutes and other documents for Board and Shareholder's meetings b) Maintenance of Statutory registers and records c) Preparation and filing of various Forms with ROC d) Preparation of Notice, Directors Report and Annual Filing e) Legal advisory and opinions 2. Ensuring RBI compliances like filing of Form FLA, FC-TRS, etc. 3. Rendering support for CSR compliances for Indian entities 4. Support in Corporate Contracting , Facility documentation, etc. 5. Regulatory compliances and support 6. Support in special projects like M&A, Corporate Restructuring, etc. 7. Co-ordination and follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders for completion of assigned projects

Profesional Qualifications:

• Company Secretary from ICSI
• LLB
