Assistant Manager, Corporate Partnership

Metta Welfare Association is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager, Corporate Partnerships to join our Community Partnership team.

In this role, you will lead fundraising initiatives, build meaningful relationships with corporate partners and donors, organise fundraising and community events, and develop impactful volunteer engagement programmes that create lasting social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorships and donor relationships.
• Drive fundraising campaigns and resource development initiatives to achieve fundraising targets.
• Plan and execute fundraising, donor engagement and corporate volunteer events.
• Lead volunteer recruitment, engagement and stewardship programmes.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, partnership presentations and impact reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen community impact.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, event management or volunteer management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Passion for the social service sector and community development.
