Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Drive and administer the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, moderation, and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separation processes.
  • Ensure effective execution of HR processes and maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and grievance-handling initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads and employees to address HR-related concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
  • Facilitate HR audits and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as an HR business partner to departments by providing guidance.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR Operations and HR Generalist functions.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Policy formulation and implementation.
  • Experience in managing Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA in HR / MSW (HR) from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist and HR Operations roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or corporate environments will be preferred.
