Job Description

Purpose of Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional with a strong foundation in B2B marketing,

analytics and MarTech to help drive core marketing functionality. The role will focus on planning and

executing integrated marketing initiatives, strengthening marketing analytics and enabling business

teams through insights and performance tracking.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools,

with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Prior exposure to the power, energy,

infrastructure or capital goods sector is preferred.

Position Demands

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Prior experience in power, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or capital goods sectors
  • Exposure to data services, EPC businesses or complex B2B sales cycles is an added advantage

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, content, events

and sales enablement

  • Own marketing performance measurement, including campaign, funnel and pipeline analytics, to

assess impact and ROI

  • Manage and analyse marketing data using Salesforce for lead management, pipeline tracking,

reporting and dashboards

  • Ensure strong data hygiene, segmentation and effective CRM adoption in collaboration with sales

teams

  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo) for campaign execution, lead

nurturing, scoring and reporting

  • Track and optimise campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn

Campaign Manager, Google Ads and email marketing platforms

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards using BI tools to support decision-making and

leadership reporting

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product and Business teams to align marketing initiatives with

commercial priorities and pipeline objectives

  • Translate complex technical offerings across conductors, cables, OPGW, turnkey solutions and

data services into clear and compelling marketing narratives

  • Support market, customer and competitive analysis to sharpen targeting
