Job Description

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment.
  • Partner with leadership to drive key business messaging and organizational updates.
  • Create content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and internal campaigns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and cultural programs.
  • Track communication effectiveness and improve based on feedback and insights.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram).
  • Plan and execute content calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams to create engaging content.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry guidelines.

Content & Marketing Support:

  • Support marketing initiatives with content creation and campaign execution.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Contribute to employer branding and digital presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in corporate communications or digital communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in managing corporate social media platforms.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with communication and analytics tools.
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
