Designation - Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs

Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs will support the CEO's Office in driving effective communication, collaboration, and follow-through with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a proactive professional with strong communication, coordination, and analytical abilities to ensure timely execution of CEO directives, preparation of dashboards, and maintenance of high-quality stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO's Office and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and track action items, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures
- Support preparation of dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Assist in managing corporate communications and stakeholder engagements
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and communication logs
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and reviews
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Executive Support, Strategy, or similar roles.
- Prior experience working closely with senior leadership is preferred.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder management and relationship-building
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
