Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Varanasi. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and higher productivity. Responsibilities include managing a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, implementing innovative approaches to enhance business efficiency, and driving the success of ongoing projects. Additional tasks may involve monitoring progress, preparing reports, and resolving operational challenges to contribute to Cornext's mission of revolutionizing the Feed & Fodder sector in India.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in operational planning, resource management, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder communication and collaboration.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for handling day-to-day challenges and decision-making.
- Proficiency in relevant technological tools and familiarity with agricultural or similar industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior work experience in agriculture, operations, or project management is a plus.
