Assistant Manager- Controllership

Key Deliverables:

• Lead finance operations for the grocery business, including monthly book closure
• Oversee supplier payouts, COD reconciliations, and compliance processes
• Manage cross-functional coordination and act as SPOC for business units
• Supervise a team of finance executives and support audit engagements

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive process setup, implementation, and workflow automation initiatives
• Ensure rigorous financial controls aligned with internal policies
• Analyze financial data for insights and strategic decision-making
• Handle statutory, internal, and external audit requirements efficiently
