Location: Delhi – Jhandewalan

Experience: 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

1.Drive the development of high-quality editorial and research work, including guiding junior team members - media relevant content - thought-leadership articles, interview responses; public policy materials, including representations, policy-briefs, partnership strategies etc.

2.Conduct in-depth research and policy analysis, translating complex data, industry developments, and insights into clear, concise, and engaging content.

3.Monitor corporate, policy, regulatory, and socio-economic developments across designated sectors and provide timely insights on emerging trends.

4.Analyze sectoral trends and support communication teams in designing real-time media strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and client interventions.

5.Manage content, documentation, analytical reports, and knowledge products for designated clients while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

6.Stay updated on market developments, public policy, and industry trends to continuously strengthen domain expertise.

Key Requirements:

1. A degree in Political Science/Economics/English Hons or a related would be preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to study market trends and distil it into actionable insights.
3. Preferable experience working with think tanks and academic institutions.
4. Understanding of media and exposure to media consumption and tracking.
5. Strong writing skills with the ability to draft various content materials and analysis reports.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and take ownership.
7. Adaptable mind-set with a willingness to learn.
