Assistant Manager Compliance

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Compliance, located in Bandra. The Assistant Manager Compliance will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting compliance audits, developing and implementing compliance programs, preparing reports on compliance activities, and providing training to staff on compliance-related topics. The role also involves liaising with regulatory bodies and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.

• Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports
• Effective communication and training skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the management of compliance programs and implementation
• Ability to liaise with regulatory bodies and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in compliance or risk management is a plus
