ø Desired Skill

  • Strong understanding and practical working experience in Indian Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory compliances.
  • Ability to independently research and resolve issues related to Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory portals.
  • Experience in preparation and submission of challans for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF within prescribed due dates.
  • Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports for tracking daily compliance activities.
  • Good knowledge of Shops & Establishment Act compliances across Pan India locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage client relationships, issue resolution, and escalations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach towards work.
  • Prior experience in handling clients and managing team coordination.
  • Experience in liaisoning with Labour Department, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory authorities.

Ø Statutory Compliance & Research

  • Handling statutory compliance activities across Pan India.
  • Managing PT & LWF compliances for multiple states.
  • Monitoring Professional Tax and LWF slabs, deductions, and timely remittances.
  • PF & ESIC activities including:
  • Challan generation
  • UAN linking
  • IP generation
  • Handling licensing activities such as:
  • New code registrations
  • Amendments
  • E-sign
  • DSC updates
  • Managing multiple client accounts, conducting meetings, sharing MOMs, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ø Process Setup & Implementation

  • Preparation of Compliance Universe for client organizations.
  • Designing and implementing new compliance processes.
  • Preparing detailed process maps, SOPs, and compliance manuals based on client requirements.
  • Managing process migrations.
  • Stabilizing and monitoring compliance processes post implementation.

Ø Training & Project Management

  • Training team members on statutory compliance and operational processes.
  • Managing compliance projects during setup and ongoing operations for multiple clients.

Ø Key Project Responsibilities

  • Overseeing deliverables
  • Improving process efficiency
  • Supervising team members
  • Client coordination and liaison
  • Reporting to Manager
