Responsibilities
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will:
- Manage compensation operations and resolve stakeholder queries effectively.
- Assist in budgeting exercises, including direct and indirect employee cost planning.
- Support compensation review cycles with analytics and benchmarking insights.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on compensation interventions.
- Participate in compensation surveys and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Stay updated with labor laws and industry trends to support policy implementation.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Labour Laws with a graduation in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, C&B operations, or HR analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; proficiency in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with sound knowledge of statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
