Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Coordinate with C-suite executives on strategic planning and execution
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and board materials
- Coordinate strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
Operations Management
- Provide update for key department initiatives
- Facilitate leadership team meetings and follow-up on action items
Team Leadership
- Coordinate with department heads on organizational alignment
- Coordinate and update change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4-5 years in strategy consulting, real estate planning, project management or facilities management
- Education: Degree in Real Estate or Facilities Management or equivalent. Advanced degree MBA preferred
- Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management expertise
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Preferred Background
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives
- Industry experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management and Project Management
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with board-level communications
