Job Description

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support

  • Coordinate with C-suite executives on strategic planning and execution
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and board materials
  • Coordinate strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives

Operations Management

  • Provide update for key department initiatives
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings and follow-up on action items

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate with department heads on organizational alignment
  • Coordinate and update change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years in strategy consulting, real estate planning, project management or facilities management
  • Education: Degree in Real Estate or Facilities Management or equivalent. Advanced degree MBA preferred
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Project management expertise
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Preferred Background

  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives
  • Industry experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management and Project Management
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with board-level communications
