Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Commercials to manage financial operations related to logistics, imports & Exports and vendor Transactions

The role requires strong coordination with Banks, custom authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial and compliance process

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end commercial accounting operations related to domestic and international logistics

Liaise with Banks/custom and external agencies for documentation and compliance

Handle import/Export documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence

Oversee vendor Billing, invoice validation and timely processing

Manage and review E way Bills and shipment related documentation

Key Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of expertise in commercials/Logistics accounting
  • Background in manufacturing, trading or import-export business preferred
  • Strong knowldge of GST, E Way Bills, and import/export processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in managing financial procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce (master's Preferred)
  • Prior experience in accounting roles within the art or cultural sector is a plus
