Commercial Trainer will help to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our sales teams. His/her responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. He/she will be closely working with the senior leadership of commercial function to identify skill gaps; the team faces on-the-job. Post analysis of skill gaps, he/she recommends ways to improve the skillset.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the local sales management team to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning needs.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ensure employee trainings are as per the business needs.
- Create the sales training framework to initiate planned capability building for Sales Department.
- Managing all training budgets.
- Developing training roadmaps, emphasizing on creating best-in class programs, addressing the trainings gaps and devising innovative solutions to bridge those gaps.
- Deploying a wide variety of training methods- LMS, Google forms, Smart Quest & Mobile learning.
- Consolidates feedback of various training initiatives and incorporates changes to enhance the impact of the training.
- Auditing and maintaining standards of the existing training material like Trainer Guides, Activities, learning reports, learning presentations.
- Partnering with HR and leadership team in deploying the career progression goals for individuals.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors / Master's degree
Relevant Experience:
5+ Years of experience
