AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager -Commercial Planning for its Logistics team based out of Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities - Support distribution and replenishment planning for specific markets, ensuring efficient product availability, service level performance, and inventory optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute regional supply chain strategies while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Relevant Experience -

• Supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics, with a strong focus on FMCG or alcoholic beverages.
• Experience in managing market-level KPIs such as OOS, OOR, and forecast execution.
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Business Understanding -

• Understanding of excise regulations and bonded warehouse operations at a market level.
• Basic familiarity with S&OP processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to leverage data and market insights to optimize supply chain performance.
• Behavioral skills such as adaptability, collaboration, and effective communication for managing dynamic situations.
