JOB SUMMARY
This position supports region finance manager responsible for:
- Maintenance of book-keeping & reporting
- Ensuring controls & compliances
- Structured data for analytics & scenario building
- Reporting & Submissions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Business/Financial KPIs
- Data compilation and modelling for P&L/RF Scenarios, KPI Performance, Trend analysis, business cases, ROI etc.
Trade Spend
- Tracking SAN (scheme approval notes) and ensuring adherence to new WOW.
- Creating consolidated & structured data for analytics & insights
- Perform analytics / Data Modelling as agreed with RFM & RH
BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Supporting commercial team with SAN preparation, Informative Dashboards, Structured data for R&O, Base working for various proposals and impact assessment
- Support Rolling Forecast submissions
- Creating structured data for RF Limits
- Tracking & driving collection of statutory forms
- Preparation of Cost Cards
- Securing required approvals (Policy & DOA)
- Tracking collections and initiating communications
INTERNAL CONTROL, POLICIES & COMPLIANCES
- Working closely with COE team to ensure timely month closing & reporting
- Balance Sheet Schedule review with COE & closure of reco. Items
- Adherence to policies & internal control (KYC, DD etc.)
- Asset verification & Perform Internal control self-assessment
- Support RFM on Tax & Legal matters
PEOPLE & SELF DEVELOPMENT
- Provide education and training across the region on tools, processes and internal controls
- Develop analytical skills & impactful communication

INTERNALLY:
Commercial Team, Operations Team, Pricing, RGM, COE, Audit, E&C, Legal
EXTERNALLY:
Customers/Distributors/Bonders/Wholesaler, Vendors, Auditors, Tax advisors & other Consultants, Government Authorities

PROFILE DETAILS
QUALIFICATION:
A CA with strong communication & presentation skills having 1-2 years of experience
Essential/Must-have:
- 1-2 years work experience preferably of commercial finance in multinational FMCG.
- Analytical skills
- Experience of working with cross functional teams
- Good Communication.
Desirable/Good to have: Prior Experience in Alcobev Industry
