Job title: Assistant Manager -Commercial Finance ( Revenue Assurance)

Reports to: GM - Commercial Finance

CTC: Upto 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue recognition & Assurance in line with AS 606, commercial agreements, and internal

accounting policies.

• Handle end-to-end client billing and invoicing cycle complete O2C process while ensuring accuracy and

completeness as per approved commercials and SOWs

• Prepare and maintain monthly revenue forecasts, billing trackers, collection MIS, and commercial

reports for a large client portfolio.

• Execute inter-company billing and ensure timely reconciliation of inter-entity balances.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, Operations, and Clients for billing approvals,

commercial clarifications, and invoice corrections.

• Ensure proper understanding and compliance related to GST, TDS, and TDS reconciliations.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue and commercial accounting.

• Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate data, reconciliations, and supporting

documentation.

• Work independently under strict timelines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and process

discipline.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy,

and commercial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of revenue accounting, commercial operations, and billing processes,O2C process

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Advance MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client communications effectively.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/MBA Finance

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Revenue, Commercial, Billing, or Finance Operations.

• Experience in service industry/FMCG/Retail Revenue, Billing commercial operations will be preferred.
