About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Client Servicing Manager with strong experience in handling hospitality clients, especially hotel chains. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in client relationship management and possess comprehensive knowledge of 360 digital marketing. You will manage day-to-day communication with hotel clients, understand their brand and revenue goals, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns tailored to the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Strategy
- Understand each property's positioning, target audience, occupancy goals, and brand guidelines.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with hotel marketing objectivesbrand awareness, footfall, room bookings, F&B promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
2.Campaign Planning & Execution
- Create detailed briefs and coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance teams.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized to improve bookings, engagement, and ROI.
3. 360 digital marketing initiatives
- Social Media Marketing
- SEO & Local SEO (Google Business Profile management)
- PPC & Meta Ads for bookings
- Email & SMS campaigns (promotions, festival events, loyalty/member communication)
- Influencer & Travel Blogger collaborations
- Website and booking engine updates
4.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign metrics across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, OTA platforms, and CRM tools.
- Present insightful, data-driven reports to clients with recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives that benefit client growth.
5.Operational Excellence
- Ensure timely delivery of all commitments, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality and consistency across brand properties.
- Resolve client challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 34 years of client servicing/account management experiencehospitality/hotel clients preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel marketing, occupancy-driven strategies, and hospitality consumer behavior.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple properties and campaigns.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
