What is the roles objective
- Supporting the Delhi Client Service team. AUM is approx. 28480 Crores
- In addition, Meerut AUM is about 188 Crores which is also handled by Delhi.
- To be able to execute all client service functions at Delhi office including handling of petty cash / vendor payments.
- To support front desk activities like acceptance & time stamping of applications, handling walk in clients for their queries and complaints. Proper scrutiny & other quality checks for an application form. Ability to complete standard verification from client/distributor.
- Filling of deposit slip and handling cheque banking as per guidelines. Reporting of large value transactions through the TITAN reporting system.
- Should be able to handle inbound/ outbound calls. Should be able to independently handle complex queries/ escalations from MFDs/ Investors / Sales team
- Branch Administration related work/ correspondence with different functions.
- Ability to coordinate and work with Registrar/Head Office/ Vendors/ MFDs.
- Coordination with Sales team and resolving their queries.
What skills do you need to possess

- Good communication skills.
- Desire to learn and excel.
- Relevant Mutual Fund industry experience only
What is the prior experience expected
7-10 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background or from Banks
What qualification you should have
Graduate with Commerce Stream/MBA Finance
